The worsening situation of urban disease is actually a definite manifestation of balance loss between urban social economy and its environment carrying capacity. Therefore an inevitable option for us to choose is none other than an eco-economic city for achieving both a healthy urban city and coordinated development between mankind and nature, among mankind themselves and between the urban and rural.
