Abstract:The influx of the rural labor migrants into the cities is an attractive phenomenon in the development of Chinese society. Although the rural labor migrants living at city, but they don’t become real urban people because of the incomplete transformation of the China’s industrial structure, the lack of participation in social life by themselves, different living standard and style of life between urban and rural people, the psychological barriers themselves and the pressure and difficulty from the city life and society. The paper points out that China must carry forward the urbanization and encourage rural labor migrants to participate in agglomeration economy, so that rural labor migrants are able to change their industrial structure. By carrying out this reform, rural labor migrants can improve production, better their standard of living and change their way of life. Therefore, the obstacle in the existing system ought to be eliminated so that the migrants can become real city dwellers. Urbanization can solve the problems of peasant, agriculture and rural area and help China realize the ideal of establishing a moderately well-off society.
